Steps for Submitting a Withdrawal


  • Go to Clients Portal
  • Type in your Username / Password
    If you don't remember your username/password, click on Forgot your username/password and follow the instructions.
  • Once logged in, Click on Banking then Withdrawal Request on the left menu navigation.
  • Select the Delivery Method and Location and follow the instructions.


Notes: For Domestic (USA) Wires...

If sending to another brokerage house...put the name of the FCM/Clearing House in For account of under Bank Information and their account number in Bank account No.

THEN put in Your Name and Your Trading Account Number at that firm within Special instructions under Additional Information

If your bank requires an intermediary (some credit unions), type Your Name in For account of under Bank Information and Your Bank account number in Bank account No.

THEN type in the Intermediary Bank Name and Their ABA Number within Special instructions under Additional Information
